Education & Experience

I received my Masters of Social Work from The University of Michigan with a focus in interpersonal practice. From 2020-2024, I was a case manager on an Assertive Community Treatment team and worked with dual-diagnosis clients, including; mood disorders, schizophrenia, and substance use. Through my experiences, I have developed tremendous flexibility and acceptance for diverse clients and their supports.

I approach every client from a strengths-based perspective and render my practice to be client-centered. The collaborative process of therapy can be tailored to fit each person’s needs and encourage personal growth and acceptance. My specialties include anxiety, depression, trauma, perinatal mental health, motherhood challenges, infertility, couples, mood disorders, and substance use. I work with clients ages 18+ and am offering both in person and online appointments.
